KNOW YOUR LOCAL STATE LAWS. WE WILL NOT SHIP PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDING FIREARMS AND MAGAZINES EXCEEDING CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS! Ammunition can NOT be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Residents of CA,CT,DE,DC,MA and NY, please check with your local laws for restrictions before ordering any ammunition or any guns. WE CAN NOT KNOW ALL RULES AND LAWS FOR EVERY SINGLE JURISDICTION IN THE USA.

PAYMENT METHODS VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, USPS Money Order, Certified Check, Money Order and cash at the store.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS or paypal or similar electronic forms of payment services for online orders. 
ALL sales are subject to 8.25% Texas sales tax. no credit card fees at our store. 

 Once payment and FFL is received the order will be packaged and shipped. CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE TO ARRANGE PAYMENT. IF NO PAYMENT IS RENDERED OR COMMUNICATION MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS, ORDER WILL BE CANCELED 

FFL transfer fees :$35 per gun $25 for CHL holders

Due to high order volume, please allow 3-5 business days processing time once payment and FFL are received. Our main shipping days are TUESDAY, THURSDAY and Friday. Optional shipping insurance available on request. Buyer assumes risk for uninsured shipments. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii or any other state WILL incur extra shipment fees at checkout, contact the store for estimates or questions. If insurance is desired, please request a quote prior to purchase. 

ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION THAT ARE NOT IN PERSON REQUIRE COPY OF YOUR ID OR PASSPORT FOR CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION FOR OUR PROTECTION AND YOURS. 

FFL LICENSE A copy of the receiving FFL license must be provided before shipment. An emailed copy can be sent to AUSTINAUTOEMPORIUM1@GMAIL.COM  with your order number or a printed copy included with payment by mail. we will send copy of our FFL to your dealer with the item once its shipped. your dealer can also request copy from us by emailing our email address above. 
Any transfer fees that the FFL holder charges must be paid by the buyer and are not included in the auction price. Please check with your dealer on their FFL charges and rules and procedures. 
We do reserve the right to end listing at any time for sale in store. 

All Items are Sold as is, we will do our best to describe and picture the condition of firearms. Factory new items have the manufacturers warranty.

Any defect discovered after the transfer of the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty policy. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid unnecessary transfer fees.

INSPECTIONS AND RETURNS Firearms MUST be inspected BEFORE leaving your receiving FFL. We will not accept responsibility for firearms that were not inspected on receipt. All canceled orders or orders that were not picked up by buyer will be refunded minus all Shipping and processing charges from total order price . If you are not sure you want it or do not know if it is legal to own in your state , DO NOT BID or buy. if there are any issues with your order please contact our store so we can assist you with it. we do our best to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have BEFORE the purchase!
